The New Horizon Center, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c) (3) corporation licensed by the State of Wisconsin to operate a wide-range of social service programs for infants to young adults. With out-of-home care steadily increasingly and its impact being widely felt in our community, New Horizon Center took the charge and has become a premier agency to meet those growing needs.

With more than a quarter century of service in the community and a demonstrated track record of success, we have transformed the lives of thousands of youth affording them a brighter and more productive future path. The New Horizon Center, Inc. was co-founded and established December 2, 1985 by Mr. Saleem El-Amin as a residential facility for disadvantage males. During this time, we exclusively served young males from Ethan Allen and Lincoln Hills Boys School respectively. Our initial investment in the social service realm became a crucial stepping stone for our future success. Since those early years, our service capacity has steadily grown and expanded to include a broad- spectrum of programs that are comprehensive and offer a seamless transition of services for infants to young adults.

With the number of programs we provide, New Horizon Center has garnered a strong and solid reputation of quality service to youth and families. This illustrious title has quietly been earned through decades of perseverance, commitment and dedication to the success of our youth. In order to ensure that we continue a high standard to service, we have assembled a seasoned, well trained staff of caring and compassionate individuals who have demonstrated total "buy-in" to NHC's mission and vision.

The New Horizon Center's mission of service is clearly aligned with the overall vision of the organization that undoubtedly mandates that we will always be "youth centered" first and foremost. We continue to be passionately committed to the spiritual zeal, growth and development of the young people we serve on a daily basis.
