To encourage youth to become actively aware of and consciously cultivate their greatest potential for human development so that they are continually becoming productive community citizens.
Licensed by the state of Wisconsin, New Horizon Center, Inc. operate group homes that provide out of home care to young males and females between the ages of 12 and 17 years of age. This population encounters many challenges including dysfunctional family environment, drug, alcohol and sexual abuse, academic and mental health issues and delinquency.
Such factors, coupled with peer pressure and a desire for independence influences their ability to make sound decisions.
